Apparently one daring rider on last night’s P527 train from South Station to Worcester was really going to be in trouble if late for dinner, so jumped off the moving vehicle at Wellesley Hills. Other passengers noticed because the train’s emergency brakes brought the train to a sudden halt, according to the Train Stopping blog. The blog reports that the passenger limped away, refusing medical assistance. The blog also says plenty of warning was given that the Wellesley Hills stop was coming up. Maybe the rider was spacing out to some iPod tunes, maybe listening to a little Van Halen…?
