You all know Barack Obama won the Presidential election handily, and that included in Wellesley (9,060 to John McCain’s 4,818), but here’s the rest of the results from Wellesley:
Chuck Baldwin, Constitution Party: 8 votes
Cynthia McKinney, Green Party, 16 votes
Bob Barr, Libertarian, 66 votes
Ralph Nader, Independent, 77 votes
On the ballot questions, Wellesleyites voted against ditching the state income tax, for decriminalizing small amounts of weed and for banning dog racing. That’s the way the state went overall as well.
