We’re No. 62 according to the Mass High Technology Council’s latest MassTrack rankings of 351 communities in Massachusetts, based on such factors as single vs. split tax rate, % of 10th grade students who are advanced/proficient in 2008 Math MCAS and number of college grads within a 30-minute drive. Wellesley doesn’t have the expedited permitting process in place that the highest ranked cities and towns tend to have. North Reading grabbed the top spot.
