All Hell broke loose in town late Thursday afternoon. Wellesley police, bomb squad personnel and the FBI are trying to sort out a couple of serious situations today, including an armed bank robbery at 342 Washington St at Bank of America in Wellesley Hills and a bomb scare at Star Market down the road. Suspicious devices were left at both locations, so cops are evacuating the areas and trying to figure out if the two incidents are related. The devices were detonated and it wasn’t immediately said whether they were explosives or fakes.
