If you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth checking out the annual hoop rolling event at Wellesley College Saturday at 9am sharp near the campus library. The action only takes a few minutes, but where else can you see a bunch of screaming women in graduation gowns rolling wooden hoops down a path and then tossing the winner into Lake Waban. It’s even turned into a mini media circus.
