Take a guided walk on Saturday morning (June 6) of the Charles River Link, a regional trail connecting two major trails in Boston MetroWest, the Bay Circuit Trail in Medfield and the future extension of the Charles River Reservation Path from Newton to Wellesley. The Wellesley Trails Committee-led walk of the 16-mile trail starts with an 8:30am dedication ceremony, and hikers are invited to walk the first 7 miles in the morning and/or the last 9 miles in the afternoon. Registration is required.
The Schofield 5K takes place on Sunday at noon, and there’s a fun fair and 1K fun run to boot. More info here.
