Look for H&A Jewelers to open in September at 260 Washington St. next to the Ideal Barber Shop. I ran into owner Harry when snapping this picture. He’s hopeful that the economy will pick up and that consumers will be ready to buy some jewelry by the time he opens up (or at the very least stop by to get jewelry fixed). Levon & Co., another jewelry store, used to be across the street but moved recently to Wellesley Square.
