UDPATE: Avoid Wellesley's Weston Road on Friday, not Thursday

UPDATE: Wellesley Police have been notified that the paving and shutdown will take place Friday, Oct. 30, not Thursday, Oct. 29.

Wellesley Police have issued the following notice:

Weston Rd from Rt. 9 to Central St will be closed on Thursday Oct 29 due to paving work.

Weston Road will be closed at 7AM from Rt. 9 to Central Street on October 29, 2009.  Linden St will be closed from Crest to Weston, and Crest Road will be closed from Linden Street north.  A detour with police officers will be in place.

Access to Hardy School will be allowed from Rt. 9 all day.  Access from the south and the north to Hardy will be allowed during the opening and closing of school.
