The Fund for Wellesley, self-described as “a permanent source of funding that fosters innovation and collaboration in support of community needs and opportunities,” is awarding its first grants tonight at the Wellesley Country Club. The Fund’s board includes locals such as Police Chief Terrence Cunningham and Chamber of Commerce President Maura O’Brien.
