Federal Realty, the real estate investment trust behind Linden Square in Wellesley, has released more details about Wellesley Hardware, a new Ace Hardware store opening at 165 Linden St. in late spring that we mentioned recently.
The family-owned business will occupy an 8,000 square foot space. R.J. Sheer says his family lived on Grove Street in Wellesley for more than 10 years, so is familiar with the community. The Sheer family has been in the hardware business for more than 50 years, including in Waltham.
The new store is hiring for all positions.

165 Linden St. stretches across several storefronts, so yes, both Petco Unleashed and Ace/Wellesley Hardware are slated to move in
