“Wellesley Varsity Boy’s Basketball Coach Luke Day has resigned. The Basketball Team finished the regular season 11-7 finishing in second place in the Bay State Herget Division. In the state tournament the team beat Somerset 60-53 and then lost to Scituate 71-54 to finish the year at 12-8 overall. We appreciate the hard work and effort from Coach Day throughout his eight years as the Head Coach at Wellesley High School. The job is expected to be posted in mid to late April.”
