Carol Chaoui, the fastest woman in Wellesley, is getting some well-deserved attention for her running of the Boston Marathon on Monday. Chaoui has been undergoing breast cancer treatment for months, but has regained enough strength to give the marathon a go, along with her husband Amin. Both the Townsman and Globe profile her.
