Apparently College Square Pizza was a haven for Wellesley’s starving artist contingent. The fine work of one artist shows support for Theo Tsitos, College Square Pizza’s owner, whose 13-year-old business mysteriously closed shortly before the end of May (though does threaten to re-open via a handwritten sign in the window). The board of health has said it wasn’t involved.
Wellesley is home to a slew of pizza joints, with Upper Crust Pizzeria recently moving into College Square Pizza’s general neighborhood.
