Wellesley water ban follows Rte. 9 water main break

Wellesley’s Water Department has issued an emergency ban on outside watering in the wake of a water main break today on Rte. 9 east near Cedar St.

Guess it’s our turn after Wellesley dodged the big water main break in Waltham on May 1 that had 2 million Boston-area residents boiling mad.
